NON-RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind after purchase, yet ONLY for damaged or faulty items, you can refer to DAMAGED ITEMS term for exchange of products. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms of Purchase alter any rights you may have under the Australia Consumer Law. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase of purchasing products from our site and the goods in question if you are looking at exchanging your goods.DAMAGED ITEMS
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items. Please notify us immediately by filling out our MAKE AN ENQUIRY Form.Please be sure to include your Order Number & Proof-of-Damage Photos.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Exchange for purchases made online will not be accepted for exchange at VIERRA partnered retail locations. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
